Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your receipt or the RA confirmation inside the parcel.
Ship to Medispa
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier to our main clinic address, keeping your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our clinical team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
